To add remotes to a Solution 880, 862, 844, series panel you will need a Master Code.
Check to see if you have a Master Code before purchasing any remotes for these panels.

Checking to see if you have a Master Code.
Enter your normal code, and then 1, and then AWAY
For example, if your code is 3456, enter 34561+AWAY

LED Keypads
If your code is a Master Code, the “STAY” and “AWAY” lights will flash.
Press “Away” to return the panel to normal.

LCD Keypads
If your code is a Master Code, the little man will be “in the
house” and “out the house” at the same time.
Press “Away” to return the panel to normal.

If your panel does NOT do this, you do NOT have a Master
Code. You will need to find the Master Code before you purchase the remote.
