Proof of concept using the requested panel rules. Keypads remain limited to four; B812 supports up to 32 remotes on 3100/4100. WE800EV2KIT includes two HCT-4 remotes, with up to 8 total on 2100 or 21 total on 3100/4100. The 4100 allows 32 zones total, with a B228 added for each eight wired zones beyond 16. IP/GSM requirements are reminders; Ethernet cable and SIM cards are not added to the order. Lines are schematic, not terminal wiring instructions. Cable lengths, power budgets and further model-specific compatibility are not checked. Equipment photos are illustrative.
