Purchased a pre-programmed alarm system to replace my house alarm. The instructions and packaging arrived as expected, and the programming was straightforward. I had the alarm installed by a professional, and it works well. The screen became blurry after a few months, so I emailed Cheap Alarms, and within a day or two, I received a brand new screen. The service is excellent.

Updated an old alarm system to a new bosch 3000. It was promptly sent and came with simple instructions. Worked first time no fuss. But, the best thing was the after sales service. Saul's patience and expertise is brilliant and helped me with programming the panel. I Highly recommend Cheap Alarm Parts.

This is a superb company to deal with. I purchased a complete Bosch alarm package to replace an existing system. The technical back up was excellent, I had multiple conversations to get the system installed. Always helpful and never got tired of my multiple calls for help caused by me not knowing what I was doing! Very competitive prices but the customer service, expertise and back up is the star. Highly Recommend

This is an excellent company to deal with. My experience with them has been very good from order to the final installation. In my case, they had run a discount promotion the day after I had placed the order. When I reached out to them about it, they gave me an appropriate credit without hesitation.

Great service, advice and pricing! I had to replace my dead alarm and had a few questions about a new system. Cheap Alarm parts helped me with selecting a replacement alarm and after ordering, the delivery was quite fast to Melbourne. They encourage you to DIY which saves you a lot of money over having someone do it for you.
